Iron Man 3‘s trailer will be shown with a sixty second advert that will showcase footage from director Shane Black’s reunion with Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. Downey and Black previously worked together on Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang which proved to be a cult classic, so seeing them together again will be a guaranteed hit. Iron Man 3 is the first film in Marvel’s ‘Phase Two’ plan that will unite their superheroes another time after last years smash The Avengers.  The May 3rd film has a star-studded cast including Guy Pearce, Don Cheadle and Oscar-winning actors Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts and Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin.

We’ll also be looking forward to some other great trailers from a variety of kick ass films. World War Z stars Brad Pitt and has a June 21st release while the latest in the F&F franchise, Fast & Furious 6, will be released on May 24thSpider-Man Trilogy director Sam Raimi and star James Franco reunite for Oz: The Great and Powerful on March 8th while Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer collaborate on Disney’s The Lone RangerStar Trek Into Darkness graces our screens with a May 17th release and sees the Enterprise crew face off against a new villain played by Benedict Cumberbatch.

In other trailer news, the teaser for The Wolverine will be with us on February 12th from Cop Land director James MangoldSources say that this will fall in line with other teasers and not give away too much of the story; according to Mangold “I think you always want to put your best foot forward. For me, I’m not the marketing department of Fox, but for my own tastes, less is more”.  Hugh Jackman stars as the raging mutant and is also set to reprise his role in the sequel to X-Men: First Class, this time in more than just a cameo appearance.
