We binged the hell out of the new Netflix smash hit Voltron: Legendary Defender, and from the stellar reviews and ratings, it looks like everyone else did too. The original 80’s Voltron series is a landmark classic in the mech-warrior animation canon, so this new entry from Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra’s producers had a lot to live up to. And boy, did they exceed the hype. The new is fun, humorous, action packed, and has more character development than you can shake a stick at. In fact, we think it’s even better than the original! (But Rob still swears by The Transformers) But why oh why must they torture us with cliffhangers?! Host Rob Dickerson and guests Jeremy Doyle and Veronica Furman gush about the stupendous series and pitch what they want from season 2. Giant robots forever!
