6 Marvel Shows We Want ABC to Produce

ABC needs to get on the superhero television show bandwagon. DC has television shows about their superhero properties on the CW, Fox, and CBS. Marvel has so much to offer that could be awesome. Sure we have the Netflix shows like Daredevil and upcoming Luke Cage, but television is a more widespread audience. ABC has great opportunities everywhere throughout the Marvel Universe, especially since Disney is making deals with Sony and Fox about the licensing. We need some awesome superhero television shows in our lives.

6. Spider-Woman

Since Agent Carter is no more, Spider-Woman AKA Jessica Drew is not only an arachnid-themed super-human, but she’s also an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. In the comics, she’s also a member of the Avengers. She’s friends with Mockingbird (Bobbi Morse) and Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers). Spider-Woman should be introduced in The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D TV series and then get her own spin-off show.

5. Hawkeye

Hawkeye has my respect. I like Hawkeye. ABC can totally manage a Hawkeye TV series. Clint Barton is not only an Avenger, but an S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. He’s also married with kids. What is he up to since Captain America: Civil War? Do you know what would be even better? Having Kate Bishop in it. Clint and Kate’s mentor-student snark fest would be so much fun. Two Hawkeyes for the price of one. It would be awesome.

4. The Hulk

We haven’t see Bruce Banner or the Hulk since he stole a plane and left Black Widow in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Bruce is no doubt in some random third world country, trying to peacefully help others as a doctor. There’s a lot to do with the Hulk and there hasn’t been a Hulk television series since the 1980s. Guest stars would be a plus.

3. Ms. Marvel

Kamala Khan is one of my new favorite heroes. I have been reading the comic since it started and I totally think that given the things happening in the world, Kamala Khan as Ms. Marvel would just be amazing. Naturally, it should come out after the Captain Marvel movie. Kamala’s fan-girl tendencies would make more sense then. She’s just a great character and well-written.

2. Web Warriors

Spiders are in. Spider-themed heroes are all over Marvel comics and in Ultimate Spider-Man. Marvel and Disney needs to work with Sony for a Web Warrior series. We could see Spider-Gwen, Silk, Spider-Man 2099, and Miles Morales’ Spider-Man and Anya Corazon’s Spider-Girl and so on and so forth. It would be a great show to have after Spider-Man: Homecoming premieres. It would also introduce the craziness of Marvel multi-verse, especially since Doctor Strange is going to probably bring the concept into the MCU.

1. Black Widow

If she’s not getting a movie, Black Widow should get a TV series then. It would combine the awesomeness of a Hawkeye show and a Spider-Woman show together. There needs to be no backstory. I’d like to see some of Black Widow’s missions. It could be before the Avengers but after she had met Hawkeye. Hawkeye could be her sidekick.  It would be a blast.

We need all these shows. It would be so much fun. I would actually watch television more than a couple of hours a week. I’m sure others would say the same. What do you think? Did I miss something? Should something not be in the list? You tell us.
