Chapter Three: Descent into Darkness
This latest instalment plunges readers into the heart of the nightmare. Mike West, son of the troubled scientist Herbert West, finds himself trapped in the nine circles of Lovecraftian Hell, facing the wrath of Great Deep One Dagon and the judgment of Minos. Meanwhile, Detective Inspector Chaz Dexter Ward’s investigation into missing persons leads her to a terrifying encounter with a cult led by the malignant Nyarlathotep.
Herbert West, reeling from personal loss, and his estranged wife Gabby, battling her own demons, navigate a world spiralling into chaos. Erica Lee, CEO of Reanimator Incorporated, pushes the boundaries of her company’s technology, seeking to weaponize reanimation while uncovering her grandfather’s mysterious past.
