Written by Fred McNamara

Finding a good nerd podcast is a difficult venture. Some get really technical, some are too mainstream, but some are just right. One such podcast is The Geek Chorus, made by the folks at How Do I Jump?, a general geek and gaming site. The Geek Chorus focuses on one topic per episode, examining it in a style that is very much at home at AP2HYC.

Justice League Mortal is the greatest Flash movie you will never see. Why’s that? Well you’re just going to have to listen to find out. Mike and Rob are joined by Nick Wolf of Above the Film and Jeremy Doyle, Executive Producer of Cape Swoosh Productions, to talk about the script of Justice League Mortal. A movie that would have been directed by George Miller (Mad Max: Fury Road) and starring a group of young up and comers at the time and had it been filmed, truly would have changed the balance of superhero film production, perhaps in the favor of Warner Bros. and DC Comics. Justice League Mortal is a true testament to how an ensemble film can be fun, action packed, and still filled with a human experience that can be enjoyed by a broad audience. We break down the entire Justice League Mortal story and even give you some insight into why this film never came to be as well as our favorite scenes we would have loved to have seen on the big screen. Join us, won’t you?
