Top 10 Superhero Video Games

7. Spider-Man 2

I know what you’re thinking. Movie tie in = bad game, right? Wrong. Well… wrong in this case at least. Simply put, this game makes you FEEL like Spider-Man. No other game has done this. Some have come close, but none can compare the amazing game play mechanic this game has! As you swing from building to building, timing your webs and swaying back and forth, it feels like web swinging should. It’s fun, it’s flowing, it’s fast and you can even swing from helicopters!

What else about the game.. .oh yeah, it’s narrated by BRUCE CAMPBELL! THAT ALONE SHOULD BE ENOUGH!

6. Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction

This game surprised me when I first played it. I thought it’d just be me as the Hulk, smashing stuff up. Nothing special. Boy, was I wrong! Not only was the game fun to play, not only was the sandbox gameplay wide and full of variety… but the story is phenomenal. I mean it! It takes the characters from the original comics and presents them such a unique and clever way that… I’m just going to say two things. Neal McDonough as Bruce Banner and Ron Pearlman as Emil Blonsky a.k.a Abomination. I’ll let you find out the rest.

5. Prototype

Forget superheroes, sometimes it’s nice to be nasty! Well, morally ambiguous anyway. Yep, Alex Mercer loves to scarf down civvies as much as baddies but is that a bad thing? Let’s face it, we’ve all wanted to slice NPC’s in half and steal their face at one time or another, right? Oh, just me then? Apart from that, the main thing about Prototype is the fun gameplay. With plenty of flow and a large assortment of shape shifting superpowers, one thing is for certain…it’s good to be bad.
