3. Suicide Squad

Or as I like to call it “The Only Decent Movie DC is Likely to Make”. Yep, I’m actually looking forward to this one. Why? BECAUSE IT’S BLOODY DIFFERENT! DC have done the same thing so many times and it looks like they are going to keep doing the same thing for many years to come. But in that ocean of stupidity, lies an island of uniqueness. Not even Marvel have done something like this. I think it’s going to be really special.

Plus the cast looks pretty good too. Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Tom Hardy as Rick Flag and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller are all great choices. The only ones I’m iffy about are Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang (Seriously Hollywood, stop trying to make Jai Courtney a thing!) and Jared Leto as the Joker. Still, Leto as the joker MIGHT work. People said that Heath Ledger shouldn’t be the Joker, and look how that turned out!

2. Doctor Strange

Oooooooh I’m excited for this film! Ever since he was name dropped in Captain America: Winter Soldier, I’ve been dying for them to announce it. And they did and it was glorious!

Sadly, like Captain Marvel and Black Panther, we still don’t know much about the film. All we do know is that Benedict “No seriously, my name is Kahn” Cumberbatch is going to be playing the Sorcerer Supreme and that Scott Derrickson is going to direct it. And that’s enough for me. For the moment at least. Ooooooooooh I’m so excited!

1. Deadpool

AT LONG BLOODY LAST! Ever since that film that doesn’t exist came out, we’ve been waiting patiently for it to happen. That’s five years of darkness and confusion, kids. It was rough to say the least. It wasn’t until some leaked test footage was found on the internet that things started to look up. The fan response was so positive that Fox decided to green light the film.

So, Ryan Reynolds is back where he belongs playing the Merc with the Mouth, the film is going to be part of the X-Men film series continuity and it’s going to be released in 2016. We’ve waited thing long, I guess we can wait a little longer. But it better be wacky, ultra violent and awesome, Fox! You’ve been warned!
